Chop sweet potatoes into small bite size pieces and arrange on the parchment lined baking sheet (we love a lot of flavor so we like to chop pretty small pieces so each bite has all the yummy seasonings)
Add avocado oil (or oil of choice) and mix so it covers all the sweet potatoes
Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the oil covered sweet potatoes and mix well
Bake for about 25 minutes or until a fork can easily pierce it and the edges are slightly browned
