Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes

This easy to make oven roasted sweet potato recipe is the perfect in season side dish to any autumn meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil or oil of choice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Peel sweet potatoes
  • Chop sweet potatoes into small bite size pieces and arrange on the parchment lined baking sheet (we love a lot of flavor so we like to chop pretty small pieces so each bite has all the yummy seasonings)
  • Add avocado oil (or oil of choice) and mix so it covers all the sweet potatoes
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the oil covered sweet potatoes and mix well
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until a fork can easily pierce it and the edges are slightly browned
