Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
This fresh squeezed lemonade is super easy, quick, and delicious. Bonus! Use the rinds to make non-toxic multi-purpose cleaner.

- 8 cups Water, divided
- 1 cup sugar I usually use cane sugar
- 1½-2½ cups fresh squeezed lemon juice about 8-12 lemons
- 2 cups Ice
Using the palm of your hand, roll lemons to loosen the juice.
Cut lemons in half and juice until you have at least 1½ cups.
Boil 1 cup of sugar with 3 cups of water. Let cool. Pour into a glass jug.
Add 5 cups of water and fresh squeezed lemon juice to the sugar water in glass jug.
Stir or gently shake to fully incorporate.
Pour over ice and enjoy immediately or add 2 cups of ice to glass jug and store in refrigerator.
