These pepperoni chips are easy to make, tastes absolutely delicious, and my kids love them. We like them plain or dipped in some homemade hummus. They keep for a few days (although they are best fresh), I pack them in my kids lunches, and take them to the park or long car ride for an easy and healthy snack.
1BagPepperoni (our favorite is Applegate Uncured Turkey Pepperoni)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Arrange as many pepperoni as you can fit without them touching
Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are crispy
Notes
If you are using a greasier meat like pork pepperoni, you may need to bake them longer or place them on a wire rack to get them to crisp up. The turkey pepperoni is super clean and crisps up great.
