How to make Homemade salsa

Ingredients
- Two cans of diced tomatoes. We prefer organic diced tomatoes that are fire roasted with green chillies like these.
- Salt. Good sourced mineral salt is best. Redmond Real Salt is a great option.
- The juice of half a lime.
- Half an onion.
- Garlic powder.
Instructions
- Place half an onion in a food processor and pulse to chop up the onion a little.

- Add the diced tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder and continue to pulse until everything is mixed together and you have the consistency you like.

Notes
If you would like to add a pinch to a teaspoon of sugar it will bring the acidity of the tomatoes down and really give your salsa a kick of yummy! If you are trying to stay away from sugar and added sugar then don’t worry because this homemade salsa is absolutely delicious without it.
